MIAMI BEACH, FL (February 16, 2023) – The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has recognized Pleasurecraft Engine Group with the 2022 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award, reinforcing Pleasurecraft’s five decade-long reputation for delivering innovative and premium quality marine engines.

The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor marine industry manufacturers who actively measure and excel in customer satisfaction throughout the calendar year. Award recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers. Significantly exceeding that score, Pleasurecraft adds another award to its extensive trophy collection.

Upon receipt of the award at the NMMA Industry breakfast at the Miami Boat Show, Trey Thurman, Vice President of Pleasurecraft said, “We are honored to receive the CSI award year after year. This recognition is a testament to the quality and reliability of our marine engines. I am proud of the hard work our team has put into designing and manufacturing our engines and providing great customer support.”
